It was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. It was nice to wake up and be able to get a fresh cup of coffee. Overall, I would most definitely recommend the one thing I didn’t like was for this time of year. It was a little bit pricey.

Location was great to get to Newport, Providence, Warwick, Narragansett. Breakfast was always being changed up, but there was always eggs, scrambled or hard boiled, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and, of course, waffles not to mention the healthy stuff of yogurt and fresh fruit. My only negative about our entire stay was Newport having to pay to park in two days we paid 50 bucks to park $20 one day $30 the other it fluctuated

We stayed for one night with my two small children (age 2yr and 4yr) and it was great! The staff were very friendly, hotel was extremely clean and very close to beaches and Block Island Ferry. The breakfast offered a ton of options (my picky eaters found food they liked). We will definitely stay again!

Very friendly staff and breakfast was great with lots of options. Visiting Univ RI so close by for our visit.

Check in/out was easy. Very nice rooms. Great location. Free breakfast was a plus. Staff was helpful. Tip: once you've checked in, park out back near the door to the dining area and rear entrance. It's convenient if its pouring rain as it was during our stay.

First of all.....the bathroom in my room was super clean and I totally appreciate that!!! Also...at breakfast (and I commented to the kitchen staff) I was impressed with how much cleaning and restocking was being done! Thank you!

Decent, pr-packagef breakfast bar. There is something to satisfy all palates. Some bagels were a bit stale, but not all of them.
